The lady was nice and polite, apologising that I had to wait for half an hour even that I had an appointment but I'm absolutely unhappy with the result. All nails are different shape and length and absolutely not straight. I took a nail file myself to fix the shape but she changed it again to become crooked. Instead of shortening for a few millimetres as I asked they were filed almost to the skin. Won't return there again.
